East Wessex Group extend a warm welcome to all members and visitors to their meetings during the year 2022

 

Day visitors will be charged £1 per person to cover incidentals.

 

Guest / visitors staying for the evening entertainment will be charged £5 per person plus rally fee  when professional entertainment is provided (with the exception of bookable rallies)

 

Guest/visitors staying overnight will be asked to pay £2. 50 per person per night plus rally fee whether professional entertainment is provided or not (with the exception of bookable rallies)

 

All children are free up to the age of 18 when they will be charged as a guest.

 

Rally Fees: £1 per person

 

Please remind your visitors to stop at reception to make themselves known and to pay the appropriate rally fee before proceeding to the pitch.

 

These charges are correct at the time of going to print and are subject to change.

 

Guest Vehicles

If an area is designated as a car park, then all members and visitors must leave their cars within that designated area (unloading permitted)

 

Arrivals

DO NOT arrive on site before the requested time, early arrivals will have their names taken, repeat offenders will be sent a warning letter.
