Temporary Campsite 'Covid' Safety Update:

England - we are pleased to announce that as from 19 July the majority of MCC's 'Covid' Temporary Campsite (T.C's) restrictions, as detailed in our 'Covid' Risk Assessment, are now eased.

For UK devolved Government areas, easing of restrictions are taking differing timelines, hence certain restrictions may still be in place.  Groups and members in these areas and those travelling to / from these areas must abide by local Covid rules and regulations.

In support of the Governments Test & Trace system, although not compulsory, we strongly encourage groups to retain the QR Code and Booking - In system. The requirement to pre book a T.C. pitch for the remainder of 2021 has been amended, allowing for each group to decide on whether pre booking is the desired approach for themselves, for the T.C. hosts and / or for their particular venue / event.

Day visitors are now allowed on site and they must register their attendance with the hosts.

Also encouraged, to mitigate against cross contamination, is the continued provision of cleansing stations and materials at utilities and gathering areas.

We must all remain mindful and considerate of our fellow members, respecting everyone's individual preferences regards to social distancing and the waring of face masks. Face covering is recommended when meeting up with friends in a confined space.
